Gulf-view condo steps to beach with balcony, pools, hot tub & gym

We loved the place! so clean and the fact that it's provided with all the essentials, pots and pans, dishes, washer and dryer, Iron, etc.

We absolutely love Laketown and all the amenities it provides a family. This was the absolute worst experience as far as a room goes. The condo was pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pull out coach bed that we were relying on is broken, and there was mold behind the master bed and in the master bathroom. It was extremely disappointing and changes absolutely need to be made. The positives about this condo was the amount of cookware the condo provided us with. That was wonderful! If changes were made this condo would be nothing short of fantastic!

No blinds or curtains in living room, there was only one wash clothe to accommodate 5 people. The air conditioner was not working properly we had to contact maintenance and they finally came out the day before we checked out. Check in was a nightmare, only one lady working to get people checked in and upon arrival we didn’t receive a barcode for parking passes so she made us get out of line and get back in line. None of the wristbands worked even after getting them reprogrammed. Overall experience was disappointing, this was our family vacation and it did not meet our expectations at all! Rude and not helpful at all, especially when checking in. Horrible only one person working the front desk! WiFi Never worked the entire time we tried to log in on separate devices and still wouldn't work.
