Beds are very uncomfortable, top shelf of fridge leaked, master bathroom tub has a VERY slow drain with mold on the shower curtain, mold all in the ring of the washer with an awful smell, dryer ripped multiple clothing items (the filter edges are bent up causing clothes to get stuck on them) , no ice maker or ice trays in the room(we bought some and left them there for the next people) The resort itself was amazing(elevators terrible)

We absolutely love Laketown and all the amenities it provides a family. This was the absolute worst experience as far as a room goes. The condo was pretty disgusting as far as cleanliness. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pull out coach bed that we were relying on is broken, and there was mold behind the master bed and in the master bathroom. It was extremely disappointing and changes absolutely need to be made. The positives about this condo was the amount of cookware the condo provided us with. That was wonderful! If changes were made this condo would be nothing short of fantastic!
