Gulf-view condo with shared pool & hot tub, WiFi, beach access, central AC, balcony

Condo was really nice excluding mattresses and couch.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this property, different condo. The view is amazing the the house was clean and the decor was nice. I would recommend taking seasonings and cleaning supplies if needed because theres no extras. The beds arent very comfortable which was a bummer after long hot days but over all very nice and convenient.

We stayed in this condo expecting a similar experience to last year (same complex, different unit), but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The couches were wet and had a dirty, grungy feel—hopefully from a recent cleaning, but still unpleasant to sit on. The unit was missing basic items like a dustpan, and several things were broken, including the plug in the master bathtub and the top rack of the dishwasher. The building’s elevators were another major frustration—either incredibly slow or completely out of service, which made getting up and down with kids and beach gear very difficult. Unlike our previous stay, this condo was very bare-bones. We had to purchase a lot of small essentials that are often provided elsewhere (like non-glass cups, seasonings, and beach gear such as chairs and toys). Overall, the location is great, but this particular unit needs some attention and upgrades. With a little more care and investment, it could be much more comfortable.

Great location but, condo has issues. The elevators are horrible waited for 1 hour.

Good trip, nice unit! Master bed was squeaky, there were no extra supplies and no working batteries for remotes. It is a great location, very close to the beach and shopping!
