First off, I never received my room code to get in the room. I had to jump through hoops to get it. Finally by 4:45pm I was able to get my family and our not so cold groceries into the room. The staff on site was terrible. The room was disgusting. All the appliances were also disgusting and falling apart literally. For what i paid for the room I expected so much more. I feel like I have been scammed. The only good thing about this place was the pools.

This unit is amazing. Larger than most with all the amenities. Very clean and comfortable.

Came down for spring break with 4 kindergarteners and 3 teens which can be difficult. We were able to enjoy ourselves while having fun with both groups. Would definitely return!

This condo was very dirty. The floors were sticky, there were handprints and dirt all over the walls and furniture. The dishwasher didn't work, batteries missing out of remotes, the light in the master bedroom didn't work, I had to reset the breaker to get hot water. A huggmme cochroach climbed on me, carpets are badly stained and look nasty. There's a tackstrip coming through the carpets in the front bedroom and door doesn't open to go to the balcony. The beds are very uncomfortable and worn out. I wouldn't recommend this room.
