Beautiful condo located on the beach - close to attractions, pool & Hot tub

I loved the place. Was super sweet and comfortable . I wanted on the beach and it was close so it worked great

The location was great. Parking was also very convenient although the parking lot was not well lit.

Clean and cozy. Very happy with the studio.

Place was clean , everything worked except the hair dryer but we purchased our own at Wallmart . But we enjoyed the suite , but some minor maintenance items need addressing pretty soon . First thing going in front door the threshold needs to be reattached, loose and could be a trip hazard. Bathroom needs new exhaust fan motor , making loud noise and bathroom ceiling needs work and paint. Walls are good , bathroom closet has missing floor tile . There are stack of floor tiles under bed , visible when you walk in bed area . Sink light does not work and outside back doors, the vinyl ceiling above the back door needs to be reattached, fixing to fall. And there is no broom , mop yes . We left day early , Saturday morning about 10AM. Too much road construction and congestion, traffic was horrible and we picked the wrong time. But the suite is great location but needs some maintenance work. The front door stays locked all the time, if you make a mistake unloading your car and your code is inside the room on your phone , you are locked out . Fortunately we had back door unlocked previously and all went well.

When you think serenity, you think of peaceful and calming, or at least I do. This was the perfect place for that. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Vacasa and Lullwater!
