Nothing because we had water leak from floor above upon arrival and someone was supposed to show up to fix and clean and didn't! Bad

We have stayed at another property that was maintained by Vacasa which was lovely. This one is extremely subpar. The air conditioner has a constant drip. The bath tub didn't drain. Water stains on ceiling. No box spring. Mirror in bathroom falls easily. Look at other properties. Not this one.

I would definitely stay again. Everything you need is walking distance and the beach is literally a 5 min walk across the street. They also have a nice pool and bbq area on the property and it’s gated. Awesome experience especially for the price. Perfect little hideaway. Will Definitely stay again!

This is an honest review. We were supposed to stay 5 nights, but didn't even stay 1 night. First of all, it was difficult to locate, the buildings aren't numbered well. The room is tiny, the pictures are deceiving. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket or bedspread. Looked in the closet, drawer and no blanket so I called and they said they do not provide a blanket or extra towels. We had 2 towels to last all week. So while hubby went to buy a blanket, I tried the TV and could not get it to come on. Called again, and they said this room has no cable or internet, no local channels. So why even have a TV in the room, for the pictures? I understand the room was not high end. But bedding, towels and TV are basic amenities that should be provided especially with the outrageous fees added on top of the regular nightly stay fee. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to relax and unwind in the room after a day at the beach, which is not a short walk. This is the view of a parking lot. We found a hotel room with an ocean view down the street and we're glad we did. This room is overpriced with added fees for not taking care of the basics. I think we are done with vacation condos after this. Hoping to get our money back or at least bogus fees since we didn't even stay one night, but we'll see if their service continues to stink.
