In addition to being professionally decorated, this new, fully equipped property in Carillon is the ultimate beach retreat for all families in the exclusive, gated community. The community offers an outdoor breakfast spot, two restaurants, a spa, a retail store, and bike rental shop. You might just forget you're just steps from the ocean when you unwind in this amazing home. Relax on the porch swing or head to the back porch to grill and dine al fresco. Kick back in the open-concept living area after a full day or adventure. Prepare meals together in the stunningly well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table for eight, or eat a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Head to the beach, where two complementary lounge chairs await. The home is conveniently located across from the Bellview pool, tennis courts, playground, and basketball courts. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Tennis court -Basketball court -Playground THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Spacious and updated so it was wonderful

Carillon Beach is our favorite vacation spot, especially in October. Overall the house was great. Location was perfect across from the pool/playground and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The inclusion of beach loungers was also nice. We loved the backyard set up with the fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is room for improvement with the furniture. The bunk beds (both sets) were pretty unstable, to the point that our kids wouldn’t sleep in them because if they moved, the beds wobbled. There are also white rugs in the dining and living room that are definitely hard to keep clean. When we arrived the rugs were soaking wet from a recent carpet cleaning and remained that way for almost two days. Just things to keep in mind if you have young kids or intend to use the bunks!

What a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Not sure I can ever vacation anywhere outside of Carillon Beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The neighborhood and pools were clean. The house was in great shape and super clean. Couldn’t be happier.

We have stayed at this home 3 times now. We have to littles so being close to the pool and playground it’s perfect for us. The kitchen has everything you need which is so nice- we never have to pack additional items. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and comfortable home. A/C worked great. Loved the neighborhood. Had some issues getting in and out of the pools using the scanner/code. Also, I was told guest don’t actually have access to the nicer pool that is advertised in the pictures of the home. Other than that, it was a very good experience. Hope to come back
