Gorgeous beachfront condo with plenty of space, shared pool & beach access

The air conditioning did not work well at all. The temperature inside the condo stayed around 75–77 degrees throughout our stay, even though we had the air conditioning running. We reported the AC issue on our very first night. The Avari representative was initially very responsive and said that they would have the issue addressed. The next day, maintenance from Pinnacle Port, which is a separate company from the condo owner, Avari, came to inspect the unit. The Pinnacle Port maintenance employee confirmed that the AC fan was not operating properly and advised us that the repair was the responsibility of the condo owner, Avari. We followed up several times regarding the AC issue, but unfortunately, the problem was never resolved during our stay. There were also two box fans provided in the condo, but both were extremely dusty and dirty, to the point that we did not feel comfortable using them. As a result, we had to purchase our own fans to try to make the condo more comfortable. In addition to the temperature issue, there was ongoing construction directly above the condo during our entire stay. Every day, there was extremely loud jackhammering coming from the floor above us. This was incredibly disruptive, especially since we had an infant with us. The constant noise made it very difficult for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We also saw a total of five roaches inside the condo during our stay. Most of these were seen on the final day. This was extremely upsetting and made us very uncomfortable staying in the condo. Because of the combination of these issues, we were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we decided to pack up and leave before our scheduled checkout. We did not feel comfortable staying any longer than necessary. We understand that unexpected issues can arise, but we made every effort to communicate the problems with the condo while we were there and give the appropriate parties an opportunity to address them. Unfortunately, the AC issue was never resolved, and the combination of the inadequate air conditioning, unusable fans, constant construction noise, and multiple roaches made this a very unpleasant stay and was not the experience we expected when renting the condo.

The view off the balcony is EVERYTHING. The unit was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again! The beds were very comfortable. I will say, I think the pool is ridiculously deep. 8.5 feet at the deepest and 4 feet at the shortest point. I'm not sure if they're was another pool on property that was maybe more kid friendly but I thought it was strange it was so deep. But that's not Vacasa's fault, just something to note. Looking forward to coming back!

Great views, great location, nice towels and sheets, and clean.  All so important!!! A/C didn’t cool below 74, plenty of box fans so they must know this is an issue. A few other items that will hopefully be upgraded, ask to find out so no surprises. No rugs to help with sand spreading. Old dishwasher, silverware is not good and stained/mix matched coffee cups with keurig that has K cup area but big pot side will not make less than 8 cups. Condo is not updated in baths except for flooring. So if price is right for you to enjoy, just a heads up that it’s not deluxe yet but enjoyable without high standards.

The amnesties on the property were amazing.

The balcony was perfect and it was close to elevator/pool/beach access. The condo itself could use a little updating when it comes to the appliances and showers and needs a little TLC (outlets were coming out of the wall) and there wasn't a deadbolt for the door so the door just unlocks when you turn the handle from the inside which is a heads up for those traveling with kids.
