Charming cottage with enclosed yard, patio, private hot tub, washer, dryer

They don’t have a real hot tub. Wasnt ready when we got there got someone to come fix it, and when we got back air was already coming out of it so we couldn’t use it. One of the main reasons we wanted it for our honeymoon.

The home was clean and the furniture was nice. The tv is kind of far from the couch so difficult to watch something. The hot tub and wifi didn't work for us but Vacasa made things right by giving a partial refund on that end. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Very clean and very comfortable. Very close to the beach and the lagoon. Super easy to get to shopping and other things to do. Very quiet neighborhood on top of everything else. Great stay!

We received a warm welcome text and replies. The property was very clean and the decor is a whole vibe, and a great location to local attractions. The downside is that I called in a complaint of the slow sink and tub drainage on the first day of my 3 day visit. A pool of water forms in the sink and the tub during showering or washing hands/brushing teeth. Gross! I made a call and email to the "local contact" and never heard from her. However, the general Vacasa Rep was responsive and polite although the problem was never corrected. On the day prior to our check out, a maintenance man attempted to repair the issue, but it actually was worse afterwards including the commode made a running noise and had very low water pressure. We had to flush twice to fully remove waste. The maintenance guy was given the address where we will be visiting in July, so he went to the wrong location initially; further delaying the repair. Vacasa offered a $50 discount which equates to an 8% discount of our total booking. I feel a more comparable amount is warranted for a matter of unsanitary conditions. At the time of this review, I requested that they reopen my ticket and consider a more courteous discount.
