Everything was very nice! Place was very clean! Extra hygiene products just in case. Assistant was readily available if needed. I had a great time and looking forward to having the same experience next year!

Everything about the condo is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The keypad on the door stopped working halfway through our stay leaving us stuck outside our room. I was eventually able to get someone on the phone who tried resetting the keypad but it still wouldn’t work. She had to finally give us the code for the lock box so we could get the key to use for the remainder of our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again once the lock has been replaced.

This unit serves its purpose on a nice beach in Florida. However, the unit itself requires maintenance (e.g., fixing furniture, new mattresses, a deep cleaning of rugs and chairs, new dishwasher, new vent hood, etc.). The building itself has some issues with elevators functioning and some maintenance closures - while I expect maintenance needs to be done, one would think it would be done over the slower months.
