Gulf-front 20th-floor condo with large private balcony, pool, hot tub & gym

My best friend and I split a condo every September with our families to save money. This is one of the best we have stayed in! The location was great - close to the spots we like to go to, and the view was spectacular. The balcony was large, and we could all sit out there together to enjoy the sound the of waves - 4 adults and 2 kids. The interior was spacious and well appointed. We cooked very little, but had what we needed for hot dogs and tater tots. We appreciated the option to have a drip coffee pot, as we enjoy enjoy several cups of coffee in the morning. The bed in the primary was a little firm for my liking, but comfortable enough. We we able to hook up our Roku to the internet and stream with no problem. We were also able to catch the Auburn game without issue on cable. The unit was clean, and we can be picky about that. We've stayed elsewhere in a unit where the air vents were all caked in dust - not to be seen in this unit! We both agreed this is an excellent option for our annual trip, and we will likely book it again next year if the dates are open.

The view from this condo is spectacular. The overall condo itself is pretty too. Decorated nicely making it feel more like home. However, upon arrival the floors were still pretty dirty with sand. I know im at the beach and that will happen so I wasnt that concerned about it. There were multiple bulbs in the kitchen out making it very dim in there. There was also an odor when you would walk in that wasnt the greatest. My husband opened up where the air filter is and it looked like it hadnt been changed in quite some time. All in all, our stay was great and we enjoyed staying at Ocean Villa and being close to pretty much anything. We would stay again.

Great beachfront location and stunning views from the balcony. The condo was decent and quiet. Could use more towels and trash bags. There were eight of us and only two towels were provided in each bathroom. The door could also use a new lock as it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again.
