Beachfront resort condo with gulf views, pools,splash pad, hot tub, & gym

Views was perfect

The room was freshly clean when we arrived. Easy check in/out!! Great communication with Vacasa and the Emerald Resort front desk on the phone. Couch and chairs are very well used and worn. The kitchen skillets very badly worn as well. Make sure to bring any kitchen supplies you would need to cook any meals. No supplies other than dishwasher packs and a laundry pack. The beds are the mattresses that are almost like air mattresses l, squeaky. The room would look great with a fresh coat of paint and a broom/dustpan or push broom. Be careful getting out of the shower/tub combo it’s slick and has a higher tub wall. I would stay here again if there was nothing available at Emerald.

The beach was awesome and clean. Sunsets awesome. Sky bar was cool.great time . We have been going to Panama City beach for years and never stayed here . We will be back. Thank you

Loved the parking it was easy to find a place to park. Plus short time parking by pools across the road. Big bedrooms.

Overall this was a good place to stay but it needs some attention. They had a small fridge in the room since the kitchen fridge didn't work properly. The freezer didnt work properly either and I'm sure the owner knew since there was a small fridge already in the room. If we would have bought food and drinks for our stay, there would have not been enough rrom in the small fridge to keep everthing cold. I placed a cup of water in the freezer for 2 days and it never froze. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. The arms on the chair are a little sticky and the chairs and sofa are pretty wore out. The elevator situation is something that could be better.
