This beautiful lower-level beachfront duplex offers stunning Pacific Ocean views from your private deck, just steps from the sand—perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves or enjoying a sunset stroll along the shore. The home features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 twins), and a side room with 2 Murphy beds for additional sleeping space. Inside, enjoy a spacious open living area with stylish décor, cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, gas grill, shared firepit area, and a one-car garage. Things to Know: No pets allowed. There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path. You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
