Inside, enjoy a spacious open living area with stylish décor, cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC/Heating, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, gas grill, shared fire pit (a shared area; please be respectful and keep it clean), and a one-car garage (It is short, not for a large vehicle). Parking is on the street. Things to Know: No pets allowed. There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path.
