Seacliff Retreat - 30 Night Minimum

Seacliff Community offers a comfortable coastal stay just minutes from the beach, harbor, and local dining. The layout includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and three twin beds in the third bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups. Guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities such as an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, BBQ and lounge areas, and a community room, along with included beach gear and EV charging stations. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and a large furnished balcony for relaxing with ocean breezes. Located in a secure gated community with a parking garage, close to Oceanside's beaches, you can use the provided beach equipment, restaurants, breweries, and the harbor. This extended-stay residence requires a 31-night minimum stay. The Seacliff HOA designates this entire community as non-smoking.

Vacation Rental Contract
