This stunning upper-level beachfront duplex offers breathtaking Pacific Ocean views from a private balcony—perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves, with beach access to the right or left of the house, this unit doesn't have direct access. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests with two king beds. Inside, enjoy a beautifully designed living space with vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, and comfortable furnishings. The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private balcony with a gas grill, central AC, complimentary beach towels, shared firepit area, private washer/dryer, and free parking for two vehicles. NOTE: No pets, There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path.
