Inside, enjoy a beautifully designed living space with vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, and comfortable furnishings. The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central AC/heating, outdoor shower, complimentary beach towels, shared gas grill, and fire pit (a shared area; please be respectful and keep it clean), and a one-car garage; it's small, and you cannot park and block the inside door. There is parking is on the street. Things to Know: No pets allowed. There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path.
