Inside, you'll find a modern, light-filled layout—the largest unit in the complex—with an inviting living room, smart TV, sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island seating, and a cozy dining nook. An additional office space offers flexibility for remote work or extra sleeping arrangements. Guests enjoy access to a community swimming pool and sundeck, along with a BBQ area located at the pool for easy outdoor dining and relaxation. Parking includes a two-car garage, which is the only overnight parking permitted on-site. Additional parking is available on Vine Street. This well-equipped home also includes private laundry facilities and central air conditioning for added comfort.

Vacation Rental Contract
