The Blueberry Bungalow

Welcome to the Blueberry Bungalow in the heart of Beautiful Heber City! A lovingly restored 1930's gem with charm to spare. Beautiful original wood floors throughout, historic architecture, and wonderfully appointed. One block off main street, take a walk through downtown Heber to shop or eat. A 10 minute drive to Deer Valley's Jordanelle gondola and the new Mayflower Ski Resort. Come relax and enjoy Heber's wonderful small town vibe, fantastic outdoor access and amazing weather. Open floor concept living, dining and kitchen with an homage to Utah's beehive heritage and a country feel. We had so much fun restoring this home and adding special touches everywhere for you to explore and find. Two well appointed bedrooms with luxurious bedding, soft towels and comfortable furnishings abound. We even built a room just for your furry family members.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement and the storage shed in the backyard. The basement is a separate unit with its own access, We are in the process of converting it into storage and office space for our Vacation Rental Management business. Once complete the access to the basement office will be along the south side of the home but will not interfere with guest access to the home or backyard. The basement is soundproof so please make yourselves at home!

A digital home guide and house manual will be emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival.

We live very close by and will be your silent hosts. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you need anything at all.

The home is located just one block from Heber's historic downtown main street. Restaurants and shopping abound and if you are willing to drive a few minutes, you will shortly be in lovely Midway just 5 minutes away. Park City is only another 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes.

This Bungalow is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
