Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres Lodge is a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Lakeview Cabin gives your family the privacy of its own cottage while providing access to the shared lakefront spaces and recreational amenities throughout this historic Big Bear property.

Inside, the 550-square-foot cabin offers a comfortable setup for families and small groups. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a private three-quarter bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom provides additional flexibility with another queen bed plus a full/twin bunk, creating sleeping accommodations for up to seven guests.

Step outside and enjoy one of the biggest advantages of staying at Shore Acres—the lake is just steps away. Guests have shared direct access to Big Bear Lake along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area. During the warmer months, the community swimming pool is available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day, adding another fun option for summer family getaways.

The spacious grounds provide plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors together. Play horseshoes, volleyball, or outdoor table tennis, let younger guests enjoy the swing set, or gather for an easy meal at the large outdoor BBQ and picnic area. High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen streaming TVs add modern convenience, while two pets are welcome with an additional fee so your four-legged family members can join the adventure.
