About

Since 2008, Saucy Mama's Pizzeria has been crafting hand-tossed, stone oven-cooked pizzas that delight Big Bear diners.

The inception of Saucy Mama's is as humble as it is heartwarming. Owner Diane Murray started by serving her homemade pizzas to friends, family, and neighbors. Coupled with their encouragement and her grandmother's sauce recipe, she became a restaurateur and opened Saucy Mama's Pizzeria.

Diane also relied upon her art background to create a fun, artsy vibe at Saucy Mama's Pizzeria. Her creative touch makes visiting all the more enjoyable. Equally appealing is the pizzeria's location, making it perfect before or after an adventure on Big Bear Lake. Treat your guests to a hand-tossed pie after a cruise with the Big Bear Queen Lake Tour. Or after heart-pumping thrills at Alpine Slide at Mountain, celebrate with pasta, pizza, and cold drinks.

The pizzeria has earned a reputation for its delectable, hand-tossed pizzas, where memories are made and traditions are born. Such growth is a journey marked by dedication, community support, and an unwavering commitment to quality. You'll taste this and more with every bite.

Vibe

The exterior of Saucy Mama's Pizzeria is stunning, with its brick and natural wood facade and large picture windows. Stepping into this beloved pizza joint, you're immediately enveloped in a laid-back yet lively ambiance. The interior is a feast for the eyes, adorned with vibrant album cover art from the 70s and 80s, creating a nostalgic and hip environment.

The restaurant's rock 'n' roll ambiance is further complemented by great music, adding to the enjoyable dining experience.

Saucy Mama's continues to impress with its inviting outdoor patio. This dog-friendly dining area allows pet owners to enjoy their meals amidst Big Bear's stunning scenery.
