Nick is a husband and a father of three. He and his wife, Melissa, are passionate travelers who have stayed in vacation homes all over, giving him a clear sense of what separates a good stay from a truly great one. Similarly, Gemma and James are well-traveled vacation rental homeowners, operators, and parents of four.
