LOGGERS RUN #11 - 5 BEDROOMS TOWNHOME, 3.5 BATHS: BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: Pillow top King Bed, TV/DVD, attached bath; Bedroom # 2: Pillow top King Bed, TV/DVD; Bedroom # 3: 2 twin beds, TV/DVD; Bedroom # 4: Twin Bunk Bed. TV/DVD; Bedroom # 5: Pyramid Bed - Double Down, Twin Up, TV/DVD; PLUS:  Queen Sofa bed. Directly fronts on Upper Flume Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire mountain.  Mountain Chalet living at is best.  Everything you could want in a ski lodge.

SLOPE SIDE (short walk to Upper Flume)          HOT TUB

AMENITIES:  Gas Fireplace; AIR CONDITIONING; Free WiFi; Free Long Distance Calling; Washer/Dryer; Private hot tub; Parking spaces in front of the unit; Ski equipment storage room;  Free Resort Shuttle Service out front. 

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
