Casago Short Message Services (SMS) Terms and Conditions

Text messages may be sent using an automated system or messaging platform from a standard 10-digit number or short code. A short code is a 5 or 6 digit number that displays as the sender of a text message to your mobile device. While some communications involve a one-time text message, other communications may involve ongoing communication based on the opt-in preferences you’ve selected for a specific messaging service. Casago SMS programs may include sending you alerts for vacation rentals, property management services, promotional offers, marketing updates, and appointment reminders, transactional messages, and similar message types. Depending on the situation, you may receive messages directly from Casago or from an authorized Casago franchisee (sometimes referred to in these terms collectively as “Casago”, “we”, and “us”).

The following terms and conditions apply to all Casago SMS programs:

  • When you opt-in to receive text messages from Casago or Casago franchisees, for example by explicitly consenting to receive one or more text messages when you voluntarily provide your phone number through a webform lead submission, indicating your agreement to receive text communications, you accept these terms and conditions and consent to the handling of your personal information as described in the Casago Privacy Policy. After you opt-in, you will receive an SMS message to confirm your opt-in. By opting in:
  • You authorize the use of an autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in;
  • You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in; and
  • You confirm that you are the current subscriber to the opted-in mobile phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt-in.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If at any time you forget what keywords are supported or otherwise need some assistance, just text “HELP”. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  • Casago will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Casago may share information with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of mobile carrier networks. We deliver SMS and MMS messages through major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile, as well as their affiliated and downstream networks.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors such as network coverage, mobile device compatibility, and carrier filtering. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
