The space
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter into the living space. The living room is complete with a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. Just off the kitchen is the dining space, complete with a beautiful farm table. The kitchen has ample counter space and all of the essential cookware/dinnerware is provided. An additional table with two chair is also located in the kitchen. This home has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has king bed, the second has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. There are two full bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination! Don’t forget the enclosed patio and fenced backyard which would be amazing for kids and pets! A charcoal grill is available for use too! OTC-024082

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The neighborhood
Our home is located in a residential area less than a mile to groceries and restaurants. Centrally located to the best of everything Savannah has to offer!
Getting around
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. OTC-024082
