   The roomy layout of this condominium features a main room with an L-shaped sofa by the balcony window, a glass toped dining table, and an electric dart board as well. The kitchen is complete and brand new, with bar stools by the spacious kitchen counter.  You will find the kitchen well-appointed with all that you need for your stay. Through the kitchen is a separate utility room with a sink, washer, and dryer as well.

   Both of the two bedrooms face the sky above the ocean, with lots of windows to bring in the light and the breeze. Comfortable seating is set on the balcony just outside. One bedroom has its own attached bathroom with glass, a marbled shower, and a double sink vanity. There is also a spacious walk-through closet as well.
