This sunny first floor condo has lots of beach charm in its decor, and really makes the most of a beach front stay. The large patio sits right on the grass by the main swimming pools, and is a great place to enjoy sun and sand in Rocky Point.

   Walk into the unit with its large and immaculate kitchen, double sofa seating area, and large dining table. Everything about this condo says ‘beach’. Whimsical sea gulls fly along the wall, and the tones are white fading to ocean blue.

   Both bedrooms present King beds, TV’s, walk-in closets, as well as individual patio access. Step outside and enjoy morning coffee the patio dining table! One bedroom has a hall bath with granite shower and vanity, and the other a larger walk-through closet, glass enclosed shower, and double sink vanity.

  Enjoy everything you need in a kitchen - major appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and lots of counter space. Off to the side is an extra room dedicated to a washer and dryer.

   Experience a Resort above all the rest with Encantame Towers. This condo is located on the ground floor of central Velero Tower, and some of the many amenities here include swim up bar. Over-sized jacuzzis, beach palapas, Santo Coyote Restaurant, and a large, modern workout space.
