About

Looking for a thrilling new way to experience Rocky Point? Ultralight flights are quickly becoming one of the most exciting activities along the Sea of Cortez.

These small, open-air aircraft are basically a motorized tricycle with a wing on top — perfect for low-altitude, low-speed flying that gives you an incredible sense of freedom. You’ll glide just above the beach and water with almost nothing between you and the view below. Fly slow enough to take in the coastline, spot marine life, and even wave at people on the sand. It’s an unforgettable way to see Rocky Point from a whole new perspective!

The experienced pilots are well-trained and happy to customize your flight — just tell them what you’d like to see or do. Bring a camera or, even better, a GoPro to capture the amazing footage (regular phones can easily slip out over the ocean).

Flights typically last 8–15 minutes (plus takeoff and landing) and soar several hundred feet in the air.
