This two bedroom condo sails above the Sonoran Sun Resort grounds. The patio offers more seating than most, providing a sofa seating area with coffee table, two chaise recliners, and a tall bistro/dining table. Here too you will find boogie boards, beach chairs, and more thoughtful details to enhance your stay.

Inside, the brown leather sofa invites you, along with its companion recliner. Watch your favorite movie with free HBO and local channels or DVD's or sporting event on a new 65" LG HD 4K flat screen TV or sit up by the inviting patio glass windows, there is a tall bistro table and leather stools, great for conversation over a couple of drinks at sunset or coffee in the morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. 

Enjoy a large master bedroom suite with a King size bed and a new LG 43inch HD TV, and its own private bath with glass block shower recently updated. The guest bedroom also has a new LG 43" TV, DVD  and bunk beds that are super accommodating, with a California King mattress on the bottom, and a Full on top, it can accommodate more than small children. All new mattresses were just installed in all the beds  
The 2nd Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo.

The Kitchen has all new appliances featuring a Full Size Refrigerator/freezer to keep your many days supply of food and drinks cold. It comes complete with all your kitchen needs to have meals and entertain right in the condo or on the patio. 
There is also a purified water dispenser that not only supplies room temperature water but also has a cold and hot water option too

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and the AC system and Water heater were replaced Summer of 2021 with new units for your continued comfort. 

The Resort itself is well thought out, with a real feel of Mexico in its design. On site Emiliano’s Restaurant has a separate Sports bar, and there is a convenience store on-site too. The workout room is really full of everything needed for both aerobic and resistance training. Off of the opulent lobby is a small computer room. The Spa offers many services from massage to nails and more. There are two beautiful pools beachside with a full bar in the middle to provide your special drink or food items. Many lounge chairs line the pool area that provide a wonderful view of the ocean or watch your family in the pool. If you like to BBQ, there are charcoal bbq grills and picnic tables conveniently located just downstairs from the condo by the west wall of the parking lot.

The ’Sun’ is a  big Stylish Resort along Rocky Points Sandy Beach. Here you are close to the one and only Wrecked at the Reef. This fun place is a full service restaurant, and bar with live music on weekends. Mare Blu Italian Restaurant is next door to the Reef serving up truly memorable dishes with an emphasis on locally caught seafood. And Cholla Bay featuring JJ's Cantina is just down the road.
