This condominium is located on the 7^th floor of the West Tower.  This is an oceanfront unit with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from your private terrace. This condo is a corner unit which means it has a wrap-around terrace and windows all the way around the unit. The living room sits where two walls of windows meet, presenting outlandish views to the ocean. The long dining table also sits by windowed doors, and seats six.

The kitchen has all major appliances like a dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, flat ceramic cooktop range, fridge, and a built-in microwave, along with granite counter tops. There is also a purified drinking water cooler, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, tub, and shower with a lovely curtain closure with a King size bed.

The 2^nd bedroom has a King size mattress, dresser and TV.  The 3^rd bedroom also has a king-size bed with a matching suite of furniture. The room has plenty of room in the closet and a dresser to store your clothing. You will also have a comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room where you can enjoy your nights hearing the sound of the waves. 

The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with excellent lighting and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a tub and shower with a colorful shower curtain. There are plenty of clean towels and linens in the hall linen closet. The wrap-around terrace has a dining table for six, chaise lounge chairs, and a small bar with sink. You will enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. Take a load off and enjoy a cocktail while you breathe in the salty ocean air and enjoy the beautiful Rocky Point landscape.
