Both sides of the large sofa have matching end tables with lamps both sofas are sofa sleeper. There is a beautiful coffee table that sits above a handwoven floral rug in front of the sofa. The opposite wall holds a large dark wood and a very regal entertainment unit. Inside the unit, you will find a large TV, DVD, and stereo system. The unit also has many games and DVD videos for your entertainment. The unit comes complete with high-speed wireless internet and free cable. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room which provide access to your private 3rd-floor oceanfront terrace. The dining room has a lovely cherry wood colored table with four matching chairs. The placemats match the peach color on the sofa and the seat cushions are also trimmed in peach. The artwork on the walls brings the colors of the condo altogether. The kitchen has dark wood cabinetry with corner shelves for décor and plant shelves on top. The countertops and backsplash are made of a neutral colored granite and the sink is white with a detachable sprayer faucet. The appliances are stark white which include a flat ceramic cooktop range, stacked fridge, quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and a built-in microwave. The countertop has many convenient appliances such as a coffee maker, blender and a toaster. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. You will have pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, serving dishes, and plenty of utensils. This kitchen is fit for an Iron Chef! There is a built-in bar area which is perfect to use as an appetizer stand. The master bedroom has gold Venetian plastered walls with a huge king size black wrought iron bed. There is a pillow top mattress with a red and gold silk Oriental-themed bedding set. Both sides of the bed have lighted lamps and there is a black complimenting dresser with a mirror hanging above. There is a chair in the corner and many pieces of tasteful art on the walls. The closet has plenty of room to hang all your clothing. The shower is covered with a beautiful honeysuckle peach shower curtain. The commode has its own private door and there are plenty of fresh clean towels nearby. The 2^nd bedroom has been furnished with a king-size bed with a very ornate headboard. The bedding is honeysuckle peach trim with a center of complimenting floral design. The bedside tables have the same wood finish as the bed and so does the huge dresser on the opposite wall. There are a TV and DVD player provided on top of the dresser. There are two sliding glass doors that open to your private terrace. A chair by the window provides an excellent spot to curl up with reading material and relax with the sounds of the waves crashing in the background. The hall bathroom has a single sink cultured marble vanity with a tub and shower combo. You will have plenty of room to store your bathroom appliances and make-up. The patio has a round dining table with seating for four. The middle of the table has a lovely flower arrangement in the center. This patio makes the perfect spot to enjoy the Rocky Point sunsets!
