This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms 3rd level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the West Tower.  This is a corner unit so you only have one neighbor and a panoramic view of the ocean from the wrap-around terrace. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous oceanfront resort on Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first-class amenities like beachfront swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, a full-service spa, fitness center, restaurant, bar, and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort. This unit can accommodate 8 guests (6 Adults and 2 kids). This would be great for 3 couples or a family of 8. This unit is to die for! The living room has a new leather couch set with an upgraded sleeper sofa mattress. The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and DVD Player. The condo comes with free wireless internet and free basic cable. The whole living room has sliding glass doors all the way around that open to the corner wrap-around terrace. The living room has a light wood square-shaped table with seating for 6. The chairs have cushion seats and light bamboo trim. The dining room also has a sliding glass door that allows the room to be illuminated with beautiful natural light. The kitchen has wood cabinetry with faux plants adorning the tops. The countertops are made of light-colored granite with a matching granite backsplash. The kitchen comes with all major appliances like a stacked fridge, silent dishwasher, ceramic flat top range, self-cleaning oven, and a built-in microwave. The cupboards, drawers, and pantry come fully stocked with all the items needed to cook and entertain. You will want to entertain! Pots, pans, dishes, plates, margarita glasses! We have it all! There is also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen has a bar that has bar stools that match the dining area chairs. The bar is perfect for additional seating or to wait for your coffee to be ready. The master bedroom is fit for Tommy Bahama himself! There is a king-size wood-framed bed with a fluffy pillow top mattress. The bedding has squares of little pineapples and palm trees. One side has a floor lamp and the other has a lighted bedside table. On the wall opposite the bed, there is a huge 8-drawer chest that holds the TV and DVD player. There is an attached mirror above the dresser and each side of the dresser has been adorned with green plants. There are two sliding glass doors that will take you out to the wrap-around oceanfront terrace. The master bathroom is very spacious as it has a double sink vanity, ceramic tub, and pastel marble shower. There is also a privacy door on the commode. The 2^nd guest bedroom has another King Size Bed with light wood frames and pillow-top mattresses. The bedding is the same as the master which has palm tree bedding. Above both beds, there is a wrought iron diamond-shaped art piece and a table with a lamp in between the beds. The dresser on the opposite wall has a TV for the kids to watch movies on. The 2^nd bathroom has a tub and shower with a palm tree-covered shower curtain. The vanity has one sink with a lot of space to put your make-up and shaving kits. The 3^rd guest bedroom has a 2 full-size bed with striped gray and black bedding. The bed has a comfortable pillow-top mattress and a bedside table with a lamp. You will have a view of the ocean through the window that can be left open at night to lull you to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. Across from the bed, there is a dresser with a TV and a DVD player. The patio is massive and provides many options as far as entertainment is concerned. You can dine in the dining area or sit in the chairs with a cocktail while taking in the sunset views. You could also just curl up with your favorite book and lose yourself in the salty air and soothing waves. There is a bar area with a sink for easy clean-up after sunset dining. The view from this terrace is like no other in all the world. The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will have plenty of fresh linens, towels as well as daily maid service. This condo provides all the comforts needed to feel right at home.
