This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in the West building.  Take advantage of our many first-class amenities, we have 3 swimming pools which are beachfront,  we have Jacuzzis, the tennis court is exclusively for our guests, the BBQ areas are perfect for a day cookout, relax in our spa, the fitness center is fully equipped, restaurant, and a swim-up pool bar and also a convenience store. 

This unit sleeps 6. There is a micro-fiber queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. You will find additional linens and blankets provided in the master bedroom or second bedroom closet to assist you in make up that bed at night. Inside the living area armoire, there is a 36-inch flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. There are ceiling fans throughout.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 32-inch flat-screen TV, walk-in shower and it's own sliding glass door to the balcony. Leave the door open for calming ocean sounds and breezes for a restful night's sleep.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, 32inches flat-screen TV and walk-in closet to store your luggage. The second bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combination.

Cable TV, WiFi internet connection and telephone are provided at no additional cost. Calls can be made to and received from, both Mexico and the USA. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Use our beach chairs to sit in the sand at the water's edge.

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils.  There is a dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, and a purified water dispenser. Eat your meals at the dining room table or on the terrace taking in the ocean views.

After a busy day enjoying activities out and about in Rocky Point come back and relax on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. You may spot dolphins playing or seabirds and sunset cruises sailing by. After dark, see the lights from the Old Port and Malecon.
