This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 1^st floor of the West Tower. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous oceanfront resort on Sandy Beach. You are a hop, skip and jump away from the sand and surf! This is a very traditionally decorated condo unit. The living room has a colorful handwoven rug with alight beige colored sofa set, coffee table, and white circular end tables. Both end tables have lamps if you need additional lighting. There is a large wood-framed oil painting above the couch and a rustic double door entertainment cabinet on the opposite side of the sofa. Inside the entertainment unit, there is a large flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The unit comes with free cable and wireless internet. To the right if the entertainment cabinet there is another bright colored oil painting of an angel. There are two sliding glass doors that open to your first-floor patio. The dining area has a round white-colored table with seating for six. The table has been pre-set with placemat, plates, and bowls.  Behind the dining table, there is a light wood colored buffet station that has been decorated with sconces and candle balls. The kitchen has dark-colored wood cabinets with lighter colored complimenting granite countertops and backsplash. The kitchen has a built-in bar with three high back bar chairs. The bar can be used for a quick midday meal or for late-night margaritas. The kitchen includes all major appliances like a built-in microwave, flat cooktop stove, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, and quiet dishwasher. You will have all the items needed for cooking, and entertaining within the cabinets, drawers, and pantry. All you really need to bring is the booze and food. You will also have some small countertop conveniences like a purified water cooler, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king-size wood-framed bed with a very ornate headboard. The bedding is a striped earth tone pattern with plenty of fluffy throw pillows. There are tables on each side of the bedroom furnished with small reading lamps. The opposite wall has a double door armoire with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. The armoire has drawers below and you will also have plenty of room in the double door mirrored closet on the other side. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of cultured marble with rustic brass fixtures. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and lighting. The shower has marble walls and the tub is a white ceramic covered by a lovely shower curtain. The 2^nd bedroom has a Full size pillow top mattress with sky blue colored bedding set. There are two-bed side tables with reading lamps and a large decorative mirror hanging above the bed. There is a dresser on the opposite wall and plenty of room in the closet to hang your clothes. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of counter space. There is a tub and shower combo with a lovely curtain enclosure. The patio has a round wood table with four leather teacup chairs. The table will provide a perfect setting for watching the sunset over the Sea of Cortez or for just relaxing with a cocktail. The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. You will have all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed in this ground level unit.
