Breath taking ocean views are yours in this lovely 5th. floor, 2 bed, 2 bath condo at the Sonoran Sky Resort. This condo will accommodate up to 6 guests. There is AC in the unit along with ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. Wifi is available in this condo so you can always stay connected.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, toaster, blender, spice rack, BBQ utensils, a Mr.Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker, mixing bowls, waffle iron, roasting pans, plus much more. There is a 5 gallon water cooler, wine fridge, and wet bar.
The dining room has a counter height table with 6 padded chairs for meals or playing games. There are 2 more available chairs at the kitchen bar
In the living room is a sofa sleeper, love seat, and high back chair to relax on. 54in TV, or enjoy your personal downloaded music on the Audio Bar sound system with blue tooth capability. Huge sliding glass doors allow the living room to open up onto the large patio where you will find a round patio table with cushioned chairs for 6, a conversation set with 2 chairs, love seat and coffee table to enjoy an evening cocktail or glass of wine while you take in the view.
Both master and guest bedroom room have a king size bed. The master has a 42in TV and private bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub. The guestroom comes with a 39in TV, large closet, and guest bathroom is directly next to the bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a single sink, large step in rain shower. Each bathroom has a blow dryer for your use.
This suite comes with a full size front load washer and dryer, games, DVD's, and portable beach chairs. So bring your beach towels and come and enjoy the beautiful Sea of Cortez!
NOTE: There is a designated BBQ area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included. For sale at convenience store).
