Welcome to our very hip and fun 3bdr, 3ba upper floor beachfront condo. This fully stocked condo is over 2,200 sq feet has an upgraded kitchen with granite countertop and large kitchen island. Included is a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, and wet bar. In the master bedroom you will enjoy the master bathroom, a king size bed, a shower and and raised jacuzzi tub are featured. There is a second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king bed. The 3rd bedroom features 2 lower twins with a queen loft above, all bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s and DVR's, the living room has Direct TV and owns Wi-Fi access, also a Vonage Phone so you can call to the U.S. for free.  The Sonoran Sky is an individual tower with absolutely direct and unobstructed views of the spectacular Sea of Cortez.

- For a shorter, but equally, exhilarating experience, play the 9-hole Jack Nicklaus "Signature" course which is only a 15-minute drive from Sandy Beach.   This track is surrounded by pristine saltwater lagoons abounding with wildlife.
