The stylish main living area has a large dining table, extra-large mounted TV, and a wall-to-wall sliding door to the patio. Views are enviable.
A standout feature of this condo is the U shaped sofa with multiple recliners built-in. Uniquely comfortable.
There are a washer and dryer in a separate utility room. The master bathroom has a shower, double vanity, large mirror, and a garden Jacuzzi tub as well.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
