The condo:
The light wood-look tile flooring and light colored walls make this unit feel bright and cheery, day and night. The kitchen has two-tone white and gray shaker style cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers, white quartz countertops, and all new LG appliances. Of course, small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, and popcorn maker are also included. 
The new sectional sofa, coffee table, walnut dining room table, and 55” wall-mounted smart TV make the great room inviting for everyone. Have a fun 'family game night' or relax reading a book on the patio with the many different games and books available in the condo. 
The guest bedroom has a new queen bed with new mattress & box springs and new twin bunk beds, perfect for families with children. The master bedroom has a new king bed and mattress, two nightstands, and a 6-drawer dresser. Both bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV’s. Including the rollaway bed, there is plenty of sleeping room for 7. 
The guest bathroom and master bathroom have been completely renovated with tile showers, shaker cabinets, all new plumbing fixtures, and quartz counters. You will enjoy the removable massaging showerhead after a long walk on the beach. 
All lighting inside and out has been upgraded to LED, including the addition of 5 new LED lighted fans. Even the new kitchen faucet has its own LED light every time you turn on the water. The 300 square foot balcony overlooks the clear blue waters of the Sea of Cortez and provides beautiful views of the beach and all 3 pools at the Sonoran Sun. With 2 counter-height tables, 2 comfortable lounge chairs, and 2 chairs with ottomans, you have ample seating room for 11 adults. While on Sandy beach, enjoy the beach chairs and other beach toys provided in the condo. To round out the long list of amenities, high-speed internet and cable services are provided at no additional cost. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer for your use. 
The Resort:
The Sonoran Sun is one of the nicest resorts on beautiful Sandy Beach. The resort is located at the far west end of Sandy Beach just east of Esmeralda. The resort has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a pool bar, plenty of pool side seating, workout facility, convenience store, and Emilio’s Restaurant and Bar.
