Excellent ground floor one bedroom condo at the Sonoran Sun Resort. Enjoy lush grassy lawns that roll down to the sparkling blue swimming pools. This unit is very close to the pool, along with the swim up bar!

The main living space has a leather sofa that converts into a Queen sized bed. Views of the pool and patio are excellent. There is a Large wall mounted TV her, an intimate dining table, along with the kitchen.

The kitchen is edged with a large counter that includes high backed chairs, making for a great place to have casual meals or snack.

In the Master bedroom, there is a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD in both the master bedroom and living room.  A vanity and sink area is separate from the full bathroom. This unit also has a washer and dryer conveniently place din a closet. Internet and WIFI are included too. The Sonoran Sun is one of the most beautiful resorts on Sandy Beach!

The many amenities at the Sonoran Sun include pool, swim-up bar, deck side and full restaurant, convenience store, fitness center, spa, and tennis court.
