Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk to the beach, Sand Dollar House is intimate but still has all the amenities, including a private swimming pool in the back yard. The home offers a large front yard, as well, with a picnic table and covered, secure off-street parking. The bistro table and two chairs on the front porch are a lovely spot to welcome the day.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. The two other bedrooms have queen-size beds. All three rooms have ample closet space. The second bathroom, also with a shower, is located off the hallway to the rear of the home, between the third bedroom and a utility room with a washer and dryer.

In the fully-furnished kitchen, you will find lots of cabinets and stainless steel appliances, along with an upgraded gas stove. A separate coffee prep area is a nice touch. It coffee maker is full-sized, so bring your favorite blend!

A tall dining table between the kitchen and living areas is the place to entertain, with leather seating for eight.

The open main space has a great living room area with a wall-mounted 52” flatscreen TV, Blu-ray player, and Roku system, along with comfortable leather seats and a soft full-size sofa-sleeper. Leave the curtains on the back, sliding glass door open to have a gorgeous view of the beachside mural on the back wall overlooking the pool!

The back patio has a charming, glass-topped dining table for four (with optional footrests or additional seating for four more!) The built-in gas BBQ grill, tiled counter space and additional prep sink are the perfect place to cook your fresh fish or shrimp! The 4” deep splash pool is great for a dip any time of day or relax poolside on one of the two chaise lounges.
