JJ´s Cantina Fun Facts

JJ's Cantina put Puerto Peñasco on the map for many starting back in 1984. That's when JJ's founders John Fowler and Joe Anacleto turned the former fishing club "Club de Pesca La Cholla" into Cholla Bay's most iconic watering hole. Tune into this podcast and learn how the phrase "No Sniveling" came to be synonymous with Cholla Bay's infamous leader of libations and good spirits. You can still spot JJ's infamous No Sniveling license plates when traveling around Rocky Point, and beyond.

Current owners include musician Roger Clyne of Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, along with 5 others who have made Rocky Point their second home. In going with the flow, JJ's Cantina continues to be a mainstay and a must-stop visit in Rocky Point.
