    A large L shaped upholstered sofa resides in the living room. There is a dining table to accommodate eight diners as well. The kitchen has a large granite counter and two high backed bar stools. Full appliances and accessories for cooking and entertaining are here in the kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the convenient utility room.

The main bedroom has ocean front views, a King sized bed, and private access to the main bathroom. Here you will find the vanity, and a separate shower room.

Two twin beds are available in the guest bedroom. There is a tall dresser with. TV, and mirrored closet space as well.

Being on the Top floor of the Resort, your patio is open to the sky and sea! Enjoy unhindered views from the tall cafe table and chairs.

The Princesa Resort is a favorite with visitors to Rocky Point for many reasons. On site Colins Cantina is seriously fun restaurant/bar, with a great menu. Just below your condo is the new Manta Bar - a stylish and fun place to enjoy the sparkling pool. The beach is just steps from there.
