Welcome to the Princessa de Penasco where you are right on the ocean and never more than 5 minutes away from restaurants and nightlife. This resort has many wonderful amenities like 3 crystal clear swimming pools to choose from, palm tree umbrella shaded lounge chairs, and several common area BBQ’s. If you have aching muscles then head over to the jetted Jacuzzi and soak your pains away. If you like to exercise and stay a shape then challenge your neighbors to a game of beach volleyball or have a work-out in the ocean view fitness center. The resort has an on-site restaurant and bar called Collins. Collins has great daily food and drink specials and they usually broadcast all major sporting events. This is a very safe resort with 24 hour on-site security. The check in office is located behind the C Tower. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the E Tower. This condo is ocean front and has accommodations for 6 guests; 2 in each bedroom 2 on the sofa sleeper on living room. This décor in this condo is very nice. In the living room you have a large brown sofa with a matching loveseat and tasseled floral pillows. The room has a modern glass top coffee table and matching lighted end tables. The entertainment center on the other side is furnished with a large TV with many books and games. You can always search the internet or upload pictures of your vacation because the condo comes with high speed wireless internet. If you need to make a call you can use the Vonage phone line in your condo. You can get to the terrace though the sliding glass doors off the living are. The dining room has a massive wall mounted gold trimmed mirror with a glass top table and four scrolled bronze chairs. There is a bright pendant lamp hung above the table to light the area in the evenings. The kitchen has ceramic tiled countertops with fully stocked cabinets and black appliances. You will find everything you need to make cooking dinner a breeze. The kitchen also has a built in bar that works perfect for serving dinner or appetizers. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed with a slatted birch wood headboard and white damask woven bedding. The room has two small lamps on the bed side tables and a dresser furnished with a television. If you prefer to hang your clothes you can put them in either of the small closets surrounding the bay view window. In the master bathroom there is a private bathtub, commode and shower. Outside the bathroom there is a single sink mirrored vanity with a mirrored closet on the opposite wall. In the 2^nd bedroom there is also a queen size bed with neutral colored bedding and bed side tables. The room has a view window and a large mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk in marble shower with a single sink mirrored vanity and commode. The terrace has a wonderful view of the property and ocean. You could sit outside with a good book and a glass of wine while the waves crash in the background or come outside with dinner and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This is a very nicely decorated and comfortable condo. You will not be disappointed.
