The Princessa de Penasco is a world of its own! You will feel the Old World Mexican Colonial feel by the architectural design and the courtyard layout. This cozy little resort was constructed in the shape of an arc which creates a very cozy enclave feel. The grounds are vibrantly green with grass and exotic flowers. You get to the condo by walking on a red brick path and the relaxing and renewing feel takes over your body. The resort offers an on-site restaurant called Colin’s where you can fill up on Mexican / American faire and enjoy daily drink specials. The resort also has a beach front swimming pool, Jacuzzi, shaded palapa covers and BBQ’s. You will never have to miss a work out because the Princessa has a wonderful fitness center in the middle of the courtyard. There is a sand volleyball court across from the fitness center where many people start up recreational matches.   The resort has 24 hour security so that you and your loved ones are always in good hands  You will fall in love with the Princessa and its comfortable surroundings.

Now that you have found the best resort on Sandy Beech it is your lucky day because you have found the best condo! This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the E Tower. This condo can accommodate 6 guests; 2 in each of the bedrooms and 2 on the queen sofa sleeper. The living room of this condo has a very clean and southwest feel with its three stylish sofas, light wood end tables and black table lamps. The room also has a flat large screen HDTV with Tucson channels and HBO. You will never be out of reach because the condo comes with high speed wireless internet and satellite TV. You can get to the 600 square foot patio through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The dining room has a large Mexican wood rectangular shaped table that can seat 6. The wall behind the dining table has a wall mounted metal framed mirror. The dining room also has a large china cabinet loaded from top to bottom with beautiful ceramic serving pieces. The kitchen has white cabinets with brown ceramic tiled counter tops and dish washer. You bring the food and drinks and we provide everything else. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar lined with bar stools for additional seating or morning coffee. The master bedroom has a large king size  bed with a uniquely cut head board. The bedding is white silk with small embroidered flowers. Each side of the bed has its own table with a wall mounted reading lamp. The room has a large window with a view of the ocean. The room also has a shelving unit opposite the bed with a wall mounted flat screen HDTV . The guest bathroom has a private shower and commode with a mirrored single sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV.. The room has a window with mini blinds that looks out to the condo entry. . The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.   The patio is massive size  with space to entertain large groups. At this patio you find yourself less then a hundred feet from the beach or pool and there is lawn where kids can play.

 You could kick back with friends and watch the tide roll in and out or just lose yourself in the salty ocean air.. While watching amazing sunsets over the Sea of Cortez or if you prefer to just chill out with a glass of wine and count the stars or just feel the warm ocean breeze blow through your hair.  You will not be disappointed with the accommodations of this lovely condo..
