Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Las Conchas at Casa Arcos Del Mar. Just a short distance from the beach. This 2 story home is perfect for up to 14 guests, and has 4 bedrooms, with 3 baths. There is AC throughout, cable TV, and high speed internet as well.

Dark alder furnishings are found in the master bedroom, along with a king pillow top bed and large walk in shower in the attached bathroom. Views are towards the ocean.

Bedroom number 2 also has a pillow top king bed set on a cherry wood frame, floral prints, and a closet with bedside dresser as well. Views are towards the city lights.

You will find two queen size euro top mattresses in the third bedroom. There is a dresser, bed side table, and large closet too.

The 4th bedroom has a set of 2 queen pillow top beds that have matching underwater patterned bedding sets. Ocean views, ocean themed walls make this great for the kids. The bathroom has a walk in shower, commode, and vanity.

Enjoy the second floor great room! There you will find a TV with DVD. The downstairs has it's own great room with a pool table. There are also wicker sofas, twin beds and and 2 full sized futons as well.

Large dining area. and all need appliances such as coffee maker, waffle irons, crock pots, plus built in microwave oven, glass top range, and a side by side refrigerator. There are also 5 bar stools as well. The home has it's own washer and dryer too.

The patio area along the beach is great and spacious, with a palapa covered bar, BBQ grill, and lots of seating.
