You are in a very beautiful resort.  Princesa has lots of amenities, pools, green areas, BBQ areas, convenience store and restaurant.
The unit includes DVD Player and Surround Sound System and a new high definition flat screen TV in the living room.  The living room set is beautiful cream color with palm tree applications.  The dining set is heavy wood with 6 chairs the table is round; in this area there is a hanging lamp which is beautiful and brings a fun element to the dinner table.  There is brand new bedding and down pillows in the two bedrooms.  The beds are wood and wrought iron in the master bedroom and lovely painted metal in the guest room.  Both bedrooms have queen size beds.  The walls are a beautiful combination of yellows on each one.  One of the owners of this unit is a chef and the kitchen is extremely well equipped for all your cooking needs and whims, all you need to bring is the groceries.  The terrace is the best place to enjoy a time with the family, whether it be for dinner, breakfast or just a chat outside and enjoy the view.
You have a view of the resort and the beach, and you will enjoy the contrasts of greens and blues and yellows, it is great!
