Welcome to our beautiful resort, Princesa de Peñasco.  This great family oriented complex has great amenities for you and your family.  We have 3 pools, one of which is heated during the winter. We have a club house with a fitness area and 4 charcoal  BBQ grill sites.....and our condo has an electric infrared grill on the balcony.   We have a restaurant on the premises and a convenience store open until 5pm.  The condo is great for a couple or a small family.  This one bedroom unit has all you will need to spend a great vacation.  Effective May 1st 2019, the condo is newly painted, the kitchen and bathroom counters are upgraded in granite,  the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might need, fridge with freezer,  (new) stove and dishwasher, cook ware and utensils as well as flatware and glassware.  The living room has a very comfortable couch, and the large sofa can be made into a queen sized bed..  There is a coffee table and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo.  The bedroom has a metal bed base and side tables and lamps to light the room.  From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the entire resort with its green areas and pools/jaccuzi and also the beautiful Sea Of Cortez.  Come, B 505 is exactly what you are looking for!
