You have made a wise decision to enjoy your vacation at the Princessa de Penasco more commonly referred to as just the Princessa. The Princessa is an oceanfront resort on Sandy Beach. This resort has many wonderful amenities like crystal clear swimming pools that butt up to the beach, soothing heated Jacuzzi, and many places to BBQ up some fresh seafood. The resort also has a state of the art fitness center where you can get your work out on without leaving the views of the Sea of Cortez. You can also get involved in a game of beach volleyball on the Princessa’s sand volleyball court. The check-in office by Casago reservations is located right on the property. If you get a little hungry and do not feel like cooking you can always check out the Agave Cantina where you can get a good meal and great drink specials. You will be very pleased with all the Princessa has. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo are located on the 5^th floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and it can sleep 2 people;  This is a very premium unit that comes with everything you would ever need. The living room has an art deco painted wall in a tan color with two taupe leather sofas that have baby blue throw pillows. The room also includes a large oak wood entertainment cabinet that holds a large TV, stereo, VCR and DVD player. Inside the cabinets, you will find many movies and books. You will never feel too removed from the people back home because you can send emails and surf the net. The condo comes wired with high-speed wireless internet and cable television. You can get to the terrace through the living room. The dining area has a rectangular-shaped shiny wood table with seating for two. Above the table, there is a wall of mirrors that make the room feel very large and spacious. Above the table, there is a 5 bulb chandelier to illuminate the area in the evenings. The kitchen has cream-colored ceramic tiled countertops with black appliances and white cupboards. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed for making a meal or entertaining for friends and family. There are four high back wrought iron and cream bar stools underneath the kitchen counter bar. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with a light wood headboard and a pastel printed comforter set. The room has a set of lighted bedside tables and a mirrored console table with a TV and DVD player. The room also includes a large double door closet with full-length mirrors and a window that looks out to the ocean. The master bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom has a large vanity with one sink and mirrors, a tub, shower, and commode. The terrace of the condo has a white oval-shaped table with seating for four people. You could enjoy a wonderful seafood feast while you watch the sunset over the ocean. After dinner relaxes with a margarita and watches the tide roll in and out. In the morning have your coffee outside and breathe in the salty ocean air as you are waking. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
