The Princesa Resort has wonderful amenities like oceanfront swimming pools, BBQs, Jacuzzi, and a shallow wading pool. The Princesa has uniquely shaped architecture that makes it feel very private and secluded.

The Princesa offers easy check-in at the on-site office. No need to miss a workout when you stay here because the Princesa has a wonderful fitness center with windows all the way around so that you can have an awesome view of the ocean while you get your cardio out of the way. If you like volleyball you are in luck because the Princesa has a sand court right across from the fitness center. You will also enjoy Colin's Cantina, where you can grab a quick meal, drink a beer and even watch a football game. The food and service are top-notch.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the B Tower and is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. In the living room of this unit, you would find a tan leather sofa and matching tan leather love seat. The room also includes a glass top coffee table, an end table with a lamp and a double door entertainment unit. The entertainment unit has a large flat-screen TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo. The condo also has high-speed wireless internet and cable television so that you can always stay on top of emails and current events.

The terrace can be accessed through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The dining room area has a rectangular granite-topped table with seating for 6 on birch wood chairs. One of the walls of the dining room has a beautiful oil painting and wrought iron art designs. The kitchen has white wood cabinets with off-white colored ceramic tile countertops and white on white appliances. The kitchen has dishes, glasses, pots, pans and even small countertop appliances. The kitchen also has four beech wood bar stools beneath the built-in breakfast bar.

In the master bedroom, there is a beechwood framed bed with a blue diamond-patterned bedspread. The room has 2 lighted bedside tables and a dresser with a small TV and DVD player. The room also enjoys a large window with a view of the ocean and courtyard. There is a double closet door on each side of the window and also a storage cabinet below. The master bathroom has a mirrored vanity with one sink, shower, tub, and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with an arched wicker headboard and blue striped bedding. The room has two birch colored bedside tables both with lamps and a dresser on the other side. You can look out the window to the condo entry and courtyard. There is also has a large double door closet where you can hang clothing. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway and has a walk-in shower with a commode and single sink mirrored vanity.
