A7 is a beautiful little condo near the Mirador area. This studio has 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, and accommodations for up to 4 guests. This would make a great place for a young couple or a small family. This condo is conveniently located near the Mirador area, which means you are a hop, skip and a jump away from some of Rocky Point's best nightlife. You can walk to all the surrounding venues and not have to worry about any driving under the influence.

This condo is painted in yellow stucco with a thatched wood covered entrance. The lovely little studio has teal green Venetian plastered walls with a queen size bed that has a southwestern pattern printed bedspread,  a peach wood framed futon that folds out to a bed for two, a light balsa wood coffee table, lighted console table, and an additional low profile futon style chair. Besides the bed, there is a carved wood bench and above the bed, there is a view window that has a Mexican style striped window covering. The small studio is very comfortable as it comes with cold AC as well as ceiling fans. There is a small kitchenette with ceramic tiled countertops, raised panel maple wood cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen includes a white dishwasher, countertop microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets have plates, bowls and serving pieces while the drawers have utensils and silverware.

The kitchenette also has a small built-in counter bar with two maple wood bar stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee or quick nibble on a pastry. The bathroom has a green and purple ceramic tiled countertop with a single sink, wood-framed mirrored medicine chest and walk-in shower with matching purple and green ceramic tiled walls and purple curtains enclosure.

When you stay at this 1 bedroom studio you are in close proximity to the beach and bar scene. This would be ideal for a quick last-minute getaway. The small studio is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. You will find the studio right next to Coco Rock Nightclub. Owners request that NO PETS ALLOWED.
